Hope: Incomplete Life

Ayumu Ichinose dreams of becoming a professional shogi player, but after his father's death, he supports his family through part-time work while pursuing his goal. At 22, he faces his last chance to pass the professional test but fails again after his mother collapses from overwork. To help him, his mother arranges an internship at a trading company, where Ayumu, lacking social experience and qualifications, quickly faces negative judgments. Determined not to give up, Ayumu pushes forward, realizing that failure would leave him with nothing.
